🧾 About the Role
TopDog Law is rewriting the rules of legal marketing and scaling fast. Ranked No. 187 on the Inc. 5000, we’re not slowing down—and now we’re looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed Corporate Paralegal to work directly with our General Counsel. You’ll help build and manage a high-functioning legal infrastructure supporting our national personal injury firm, with deep involvement in contract management, compliance, and corporate governance.

• $85,000–$100,000/year
• Full-time, remote (EST hours preferred)

📋 What You’ll Own
Contract Administration
• Draft, review, and track agreements (including 100+ key law firm partner contracts)
• Liaise with external law firms and internal departments
• Monitor renewals, deadlines, amendments, and performance
• Maintain a robust digital filing and retrieval system
Corporate & Regulatory Compliance
• Handle corporate filings and coordinate with state bar associations nationwide
• Assist with internal compliance documentation and process improvement
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to align contracts, dockets, and financials
Legal Support
• Conduct legal research and manage internal projects with the General Counsel
• Help establish best-in-class operational legal systems that scale with growth
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 10+ years as a Corporate Paralegal in a large law firm or corporate legal department
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field
• Strong contract drafting skills and regulatory compliance know-how
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational mastery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
✨ Preferred
• ABA-approved paralegal certification
• Experience with contract databases, CRMs, and project management tools
• Comfort in a fast-paced, remote team environment
• Familiarity with digital marketing or legal tech is a bonus
