GRT Financial is hiring a full-time Remote Settlement Coordinator to help negotiate debt settlements on behalf of clients and build strong relationships with creditors. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Identify ideal accounts for settlement using Excel data sets
• Contact creditors, collection agencies, and debt buyers
• Negotiate settlements and schedule payments
• Track and organize creditor interactions
• Calculate payment options based on client budgets
• Document outcomes and follow up consistently
• Use email, phone, and fax to manage negotiations
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma required; BA preferred
• Strong communication—verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word (Debt Pay Pro a plus)
• Math savvy—able to work with percentages and budgets
• Proven organization and follow-through
• Ability to build rapport with outside partners
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
