GRT Financial is hiring a full-time Remote Client Service Specialist to assist clients as they navigate our debt resolution program. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to incoming and outbound calls to support clients
• Answer questions related to debt resolution and client programs
• Document updates and conversations clearly in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs
• Maintain strong attention to detail while meeting service goals
• Build trust through empathetic, professional service
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong passion for customer support and relationship building
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• 1+ year of relevant experience (retention, collections, or service preferred)
• Familiarity with F.D.C.P.A. guidelines is a plus
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Dependable internet (50 Mbps+) and a distraction-free home setup
