Local Splash is growing fast—and we’re looking for ambitious, phone-savvy sales pros to join the ride. As a Remote Inside Sales Associate, you’ll work with warm leads, drive new business through outbound calling, and sell a product you can stand behind. This is a high-volume role with uncapped commissions, room to grow, and a Monday–Friday schedule with zero weekends.

• Full-Time
• 100% Remote (Mon–Fri, 7AM–4PM PST)
• Base hourly pay: $6–$15 DOE + uncapped bonuses

📋 What You’ll Own
• Make 150–200 daily cold calls using autodialer
• Handle inbound calls through automated system
• Conduct warm follow-ups to qualify prospects
• Engage small/medium-sized business owners and gather key insights
• Guide leads toward right-sized solutions based on needs
• Track activity, manage pipeline, and strive to exceed sales goals
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year experience in phone sales, inside sales, or cold calling (SaaS/SEO a plus)
• 1+ year working remotely with a proven track record of self-discipline
• Strong verbal skills, high energy, and goal-oriented mindset
• Confident with G Suite, multitasking tools, and CRM or dialer platforms (Vicidial, Zoiper, Paylocity preferred)
• Comfortable speaking with small business owners and closing over the phone
• Strong technical fluency and quick-thinking problem solver
• High-speed internet, webcam, and wired headset required
