You’ll handle a high volume of inbound calls and client interactions, resolving everything from billing questions to technical errors. • Answer and manage inbound calls, voicemails, and email inquiries
• Update client accounts and handle billing, cancellations, or support needs
• Conduct proactive outreach and follow-ups with clients

• Contribute to daily operations and performance tracking
