⢠Design marketing visuals that bring our brand to life and make healthcare approachable
⢠Create production-ready, high-impact designs across web, mobile, and marketing channels
⢠Own every design from concept to execution, from high-fidelity polish to quick prototypes
⢠Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams
⢠Balance detail-focused work with high-level strategic thinking
⢠Maintain and evolve Solaceâs visual identity and brand consistency
⢠Contribute to QA and testing to ensure designs are faithfully implemented

⢠2+ years of experience designing for consumer web/mobile products
⢠Deep fluency in Figma and modern design tools
⢠Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft, clarity, and problem-solving
⢠Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
⢠Excellent communicatorâespecially when collaborating cross-functionally
