As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Court Support Lead—an entry-level management role ideal for someone who’s ready to take on day-to-day leadership responsibilities, oversee workflow, and shape team performance across court support operations.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Coach, support, and mentor direct reports within the Court Support team
• Monitor performance, oversee scheduling, and approve timecards
• Conduct employee feedback sessions, reviews, and recommend corrective actions when needed
• Train new and current staff, ensuring alignment with internal systems and court procedures
• Optimize operational workflows and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain process integrity
• Drive innovation through process improvements and internal systems feedback
• Act as a communication bridge between frontline staff and senior leadership
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Demonstrated leadership skills or prior team lead/supervisory experience
• Excellent communication—verbal and written
• Strong organizational and workflow management skills
• Problem-solver who can lead in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Familiarity with Skye (internal tool) is a plus—especially for Sheriffs/Partners operations
