TruBridge is hiring a full-time remote Billing & Posting Resolution Provider to act as a key liaison between hospitals/clinics and insurance carriers. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end billing process—from claim submission to follow-up—ensuring accurate, timely reimbursement across hospital, clinic, and physician services.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Prepare and submit hospital/clinic/physician claims to insurers (electronically and via hard copy)
• Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve denials to ensure maximum reimbursement
• Communicate with insurance companies, request documentation, file appeals
• Maintain daily claim submission targets with a goal of zero errors
• Read, interpret, and act on EOBs (Explanations of Benefits)
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate, confidential billing records
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve billing or reimbursement roadblocks
• Support project-based work and client-specific process flows
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of billing experience in Critical Access, Acute Care, or physician billing
• Proven Medicare billing expertise
• Experience in CPT and ICD-10 coding
• Familiarity with EHRs and medical terminology
• Strong communication skills with payers
• Skilled at claim appeals and denial management
• Comfortable managing high-profile clients and complex processes
• Tech-savvy with solid multi-tasking and organizational skills
