GetInsured is hiring Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representatives to help customers navigate the health insurance process in both English and Spanish. This is a seasonal, full-time remote role that combines purpose-driven support with performance-based growth. β’ Answer inbound calls and conduct outbound follow-ups
β’ Assist Spanish-speaking consumers with insurance questions and enrollments
β’ Enter data accurately and manage customer accounts
β’ Respond to live chats and troubleshoot tech issues
β’ Follow all compliance and communication protocols
β’ Adapt quickly to workflow updates and multitask across platforms
β’ Pass exams during the required training period to stay eligible

β’ Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
β’ 18+ years old
β’ Able to pass background check and drug screening within 3 days
