DriveSavers is seeking a skilled Customer Care Representative to help guide individuals through the emotional and technical journey of data recovery. In this fully remote, contract-based role, you’ll provide compassionate, knowledgeable support to customers facing potential data loss—making a meaningful impact as you help them recover priceless memories and irreplaceable information.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound calls during pre-service, service, and post-service stages
• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers and prospects
• Coordinate with DriveSavers’ data recovery engineers and relay technical findings
• Explain the recovery process and pricing to customers in a clear, empathetic way
• Support customers in making informed decisions regarding their data recovery
• Maintain detailed records and prioritize follow-ups in a high-volume environment
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–4 years of customer service or sales experience
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Ability to assess customer needs and adapt accordingly
• Passion for technology and learning about new tools
