Natera is looking for a detail-focused Insurance Billing Order Entry Specialist to join their remote team. In this temporary role, you’ll ensure patient insurance data is accurate and up to date, contributing to smoother billing and claims processing. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patient procedures
• Enter and update insurance information into multiple systems with accuracy
• Review, sort, and prioritize patient and insurance data for entry
• Identify and resolve discrepancies using standard procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and handle Protected Health Information (PHI) securely
• Support data integrity by reviewing, correcting, or reentering information
• Follow internal procedures and HIPAA standards for data handling
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare insurance verification or billing
• Fast and accurate alpha/numeric data entry skills
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Ability to collect, validate, and draw conclusions from data
