You’ll be the first point of contact for guests calling in with questions, requests, or reservations—providing a polished, professional experience every time. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle incoming calls, texts, and guest requests
• Assist guests with everything from directions to in-room services
• Document all requests clearly and accurately in the system
• Coordinate with hotel departments like Engineering, Housekeeping, Valet, and Security
• Share hotel-specific knowledge, amenities, and local events with guests
• Offer helpful, efficient service without transferring calls unnecessarily
• Record and follow through on wake-up calls, maintenance requests, and more
• Resolve complaints and escalate when needed
• Represent the Loews brand with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (hospitality or sales preferred)
• Friendly, polished phone presence and excellent communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, basic Excel/Word)
• Comfortable using hospitality software and multi-system platforms
• Adaptable, professional, self-motivated, and organized
• Ability to maintain composure and sound decision-making under pressure
• Respect for guest privacy and internal confidentiality
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
