PETA Foundation is hiring a Digital Advertising Specialist to help shape online fundraising, awareness, and advocacy across global campaigns. If you’ve got a mind for strategy, an eye for creative, and the technical chops to optimize digital performance—this remote role is built for you.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Plan, deploy, and optimize online ads (non-social) for fundraising, lead-gen, and advocacy
• Collaborate on annual budgets and campaign forecasts
• Manage digital ad platforms: Google, YouTube, Microsoft, and more
• Write ad copy and landing page content that converts
• Analyze performance data and apply strategic changes
• Develop wrap-up reports, memos, and internal presentations
• Conduct keyword, competitor, and performance audits
• Coordinate tracking pixel setup and platform invoicing
• Generate compelling video/image ad concepts
• Identify and recommend new platform opportunities
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• College degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience
• 1+ years using Google, YouTube, and Microsoft ad platforms
• 1+ years writing ad and landing page copy
• Strong data analysis and digital strategy skills
• Exceptional organization, time management, and communication
• Independent problem-solver who drives campaign results
• Proficient with Excel and Photoshop
• Comfortable working solo or cross-functionally
• Passion for learning new technologies
