🧾 About the Role
AutoLeap is hiring a remote Implementation Consultant to onboard and support auto repair shop owners adopting its industry-leading shop management software. In this role, you’ll train clients, own their onboarding success, and serve as a trusted advisor while helping modernize a traditionally underserved industry.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Guide new customers through implementation and onboarding
• Train shop owners and staff to effectively use the AutoLeap platform
• Serve as the main point of contact during implementation
• Travel to provide on-site support and training when needed
• Share customer feedback to influence product improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine processes
• Become a subject matter expert in both the AutoLeap platform and auto repair industry
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of experience in software implementation or onboarding
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-first mindset with a desire to help others succeed
• Self-starter with a proven record of hitting goals and solving problems
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
• Bilingual (French-English) is highly preferred
