Ensemble Health Partners is hiring a full-time remote Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end billing operations, claims submissions, statement updates, and payment documentation. • Pay range: $16.50 – $18.15 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time, remote position (open nationwide)
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Paid professional certification (CRCR) within 9 months

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage client billing and ensure accurate billing per contract terms
• Print and mail paper/secondary claims
• Review, update, and distribute client statements
• Scan and upload documents to patient accounts
• Investigate and follow up on correspondence or billing discrepancies
• Support the organization’s regulatory compliance standards
• Handle other duties as assigned
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of hospital billing experience
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, and managed care plans
• Familiarity with insurance follow-up
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding
• Experience with Epic and general billing platforms preferred
• Solid communication and documentation skills
• CRCR certification required within 9 months (company covers cost)
