Quest Diagnostics is hiring an on-call Spec Health Screener in Milwaukee, WI, to conduct biometric health screenings at client sites. This independent contractor (1099) role offers flexible scheduling, hands-on wellness work, and the potential to convert to a W-2 per diem position based on performance.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct biometric screenings (finger sticks, BMI, blood pressure, height, weight, etc.)
• Provide basic health coaching based on results
• Perform waived testing procedures and quality control
• Ensure accurate, complete, and legible documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service during wellness events
• Maintain HIPAA/OSHA compliance and follow safety protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and education
• Perform other related duties as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficient with finger stick blood collection
• Manual blood pressure and BMI measurement skills
• Fingerstick completion within the past 1–2 years
• Strong attention to detail and people skills
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Ability to travel to client screening locations
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must have access to:
- A computer with internet connection
- Email and voicemail
- Internet Explorer browser
• Must be able to travel to in-person screening events
