As Billing Supervisor, you’ll lead a hybrid onshore/offshore billing team, fine-tune operations, and push initiatives that make a real dent in the healthcare system’s inefficiencies.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Oversee and support Candid’s billing team across multiple time zones
• Monitor and improve team productivity, quality, and claims outcomes
• Flag billing lifecycle patterns to influence product and engineering fixes
• Lead billing strategy and execution across various specialties and states
• Identify workflow improvements and proactively reduce denials
• Stay hands-on while navigating an evolving, startup-style environment
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Previous leadership experience in medical billing (RCM expertise required)

• Familiarity with multi-specialty, multi-state, and telehealth billing
