Nira Medical is hiring a full-time Lead Billing Specialist to support its Infusion & Revenue Cycle Management team. This role focuses on accurate claims processing for physician and practice-related services, with an emphasis on quality control, payment optimization, and team leadership. You’ll play a central role in ensuring revenue stability while mentoring others and identifying key areas for improvement.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Submit and manage primary and secondary claims to third-party payers
• Achieve daily benchmarks that align with quarterly and annual cash collection goals
• Lead quality assurance tasks for accurate, compliant claims
• Identify and resolve incomplete or delayed workstreams across assigned areas
• Research payer policies and use digital tools to resolve billing delays
• Escalate complex billing trends and potential noncompliance issues
• Track open claims and pursue next steps for payment resolution
• Support broader billing team with leadership, clarity, and escalation guidance
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Strong prior experience in medical billing, especially in physician/infusion services (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organization skills
