As a Provider Experience Specialist, you’ll ensure healthcare providers get the most out of Zocdoc’s platform by delivering outstanding support across calls, email, and chat. You’ll build relationships, resolve issues, and proactively upsell features that enhance their experience and engagement.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver best-in-class customer service to healthcare providers
• Handle inquiries across multiple support channels: phone, chat, and email
• Upsell features that support provider success on the platform

• Maintain accurate records of provider interactions
• Be a subject matter expert on Zocdoc’s services and systems
• Identify opportunities to improve the provider experience

• Previous customer service experience, ideally in healthcare or tech
