Zocdoc is on a mission to give power back to the patient by fixing the outdated, frustrating healthcare booking system. As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first voice medical providers hear. You’ll guide them through Zocdoc’s solutions, qualify leads, and help grow our impact across the U.S.—all while developing your sales skills in a supportive, mission-driven team.
Compensation: $23.08–$27.16/hr (plus uncapped commission)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to high volumes of inbound calls from medical providers
• Qualify leads and connect providers to the appropriate sales rep
• Build rapport and communicate value efficiently
• Collaborate with teammates to respond to leads quickly and effectively
• Track your outreach performance and meeting conversion rates
• Innovate outreach strategies and share best practices
• Work closely with your manager to apply coaching and feedback
