As a Customer Engagement Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of that journey—offering timely, helpful support via phone, email, and chat. You’ll resolve questions, guide customers to the right resources, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to care and clarity.
Compensation: $16.00/hr
Schedule: Shifts available between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Central Time
Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Duration: 3–6 months, potential to extend
Location: Remote, U.S. only

📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide friendly, responsive support via chat, email, and phone
• Build rapport and understand each customer’s unique journey
• Use scripts and tools to deliver consistent, quality service
• Troubleshoot inquiries and escalate issues to ops when needed
• Assign leads to the correct agent or team
• Take on additional admin or support tasks as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of customer service experience (email, phone, chat)
• Clear, professional communication in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems
• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work as a 1099 contractor in the U.S.
