📋 What You’ll Own
• Locate and coordinate with medical providers to fulfill service orders
• Schedule services such as DME, in-home care, diagnostic studies, and physical medicine
• Negotiate rates with out-of-network providers when needed
• Document all scheduling activity and interactions accurately
• Communicate with clients, carriers, attorneys, and injured workers
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
• 1–3 years in a customer service role
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, workers’ comp, or insurance
• Familiarity with medical terms, codes, and billing a plus
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Able to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
