Enlyte is hiring a Complex Bill Reviewer 2 to conduct detailed retrospective reviews of complex medical bills, ensuring billing accuracy and adherence to coding standards in workers’ compensation and liability cases. This is a full-time, remote position for licensed clinicians with coding expertise who thrive on audit precision and clinical decision-making.

• Annual Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 (based on skills, experience, and region)
📋 What You’ll Own
• Review and audit hospital, provider, and specialty medical bills
• Verify appropriateness of medical coding (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10) and billing level
• Apply clinical knowledge to analyze services and determine correct payments
• Identify discrepancies, unsupported codes, and cost-saving opportunities
• Handle claims related to workers’ compensation, auto liability, and orthopedics
• Use Smart Advisor Plus or similar platforms to process and evaluate bills
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance goals
• Support internal teams with escalated questions or training needs
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Active RN, LPN, or LVN license in good standing
• 3–5 years clinical experience (Operating Room, ER, Implants, or similar)
• Strong understanding of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding standards
• Experience with medical bill review, utilization review, or case management
• Familiarity with EMRs and bill review software (Smart Advisor Plus preferred)
• CPC certification is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
