In this full-time, remote role, you’ll help maintain the data that powers claims processing, referrals, provider reimbursement, and member access. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Review and process provider data submissions in Excel
• Ensure clean system integration and resolve data issues
• Perform manual updates when automation fails
• Validate and manipulate large Excel datasets for compatibility
• Maintain key data fields that impact claim pricing and referrals
• Analyze provider group structures and contract hierarchies
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in healthcare admin, information management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare data or provider data management
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, formatting, validation, etc.)
• Familiarity with healthcare terms, specialties, licensing, and networks
• Sharp analytical and pattern-recognition skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to understand provider contracts and their implications
