TridentCare is hiring a part-time Lab Dispatcher to coordinate and route lab service orders during 2nd shift hours. You’ll be the vital link between facilities, technicians, and patient care—ensuring timely dispatch and communication in a fast-paced virtual call center environment.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Dispatch orders to field technicians within 15 minutes of entry
• Coordinate and confirm technician ETAs with facilities
• Communicate order changes from physicians or facilities
• Confirm technicians receive and acknowledge orders
• Manage rescheduling and technician reassignment as needed
• Answer inbound customer service calls as directed
• Maintain accurate records and ensure clear documentation
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
• Ability to remain focused and responsive in a high-call-volume environment
• Strong multitasking and detail-tracking skills
