Eagle Tele-Services is looking for problem-solvers with sharp instincts and strong customer service skills to join their Emergency Road Service response team. As a Roadside Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for commercial trucking clients needing fast and efficient roadside assistance across the U.S. and Canada. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to emergency roadside service (ERS) calls for commercial vehicles
• Identify and locate breakdowns quickly using online mapping tools
• Coordinate with fleets, service vendors, and technicians
• Verify and communicate accurate product info (e.g., tire specs, breakdown data)
• Log detailed call notes and input data into multiple systems
• Resolve issues via phone and email with speed, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset
• Identify errors and key details in dense info
• Maintain focus, urgency, and accuracy in high-pressure situations


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM
• Fluent English; French bilingual a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sharp attention to detail
• Comfortable using multiple databases and mapping software
• Problem-solving mentality and self-directed work ethic
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
