Lumicera is looking for a Patient Care Assistant I to support specialty pharmacy operations. You’ll be the first voice many patients hear—answering calls, verifying information, and helping get life-changing medications into the right hands. If you’re patient-focused, reliable, and good with people, this is your lane.
✅ Position Highlights
• $16.13–$18.97/hour
• Full-time, remote (with state restrictions*)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Take inbound calls from patients, doctors, and insurers
• Make outbound calls to confirm shipment details
• Collect and document prescription info accurately
• Use tools and systems to support therapy and refill tracking
• Triage clinical calls to licensed health staff when needed
• Maintain legal and ethical compliance at all times
• Assist with general support tasks in specialty pharmacy operations
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of customer service experience (healthcare or pharmacy is a plus)
• Clear communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a high-call volume, fast-paced environment
• Team player with a focus on patient care
