Help at Home is hiring a Cash Application Specialist within its Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This full-time remote position is responsible for applying payments accurately, maintaining clean accounts receivable records, and supporting month-end close processes. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Accurately post incoming payments (ACH, Lockbox, Credit Card)
• Reconcile complex payment entries and resolve discrepancies
• Retrieve remittance info from payer websites
• Organize and store payment documents and update payment logs
• Follow up on unapplied payments and assist with aging resolution
• Contribute to month-end close procedures
• Serve as backup for additional A/R functions as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or on a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
