• $22/hour
• 100% remote (Eastern Time Zone only)
• Full-time with 2 weeks of paid training

📋 What You’ll Do
• Make 120–150 outbound calls daily via auto-dialer
• Speak with 70–80 patients a day, booking 14+ in-home appointments
• Build trust with patients and caregivers to encourage scheduling
• Educate patients on the importance of in-home services
• Understand care models across different healthcare partners
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams
• Document all interactions using EHR and CRM systems
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken, read, and written)
• Must reside in Eastern Time Zone
• 2+ years high-volume outbound call center experience
• 1+ year experience in healthcare setting
• Familiarity with EHR systems
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
• Strong sense of confidentiality and patient care

• Experience with Five9, Zendesk, Slack
• Comfortable using a Mac and Google Suite
