• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST with rotating weekends
• Equipment Provided: Laptop and headset
• Paid training provided
• Location Requirement: Must reside in one of the following states:
AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, or TX
📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage daily inbound and outbound calls with urgency and care
• Retain customers through empathetic listening, problem-solving, and renegotiation
• Resolve billing or service issues to prevent voluntary cancellations
• Execute and track repricing for existing customers
• Communicate effectively in both speech and writing
• Make quick, informed decisions and follow up to ensure full resolution
• Meet and exceed individual and team-based sales goals
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Previous call center and sales experience required
• Ability to build rapport and lead conversations with integrity
• Proven closer with a competitive edge and coachable mindset
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Strong written/verbal communication and decision-making abilities
• Must pass background check and drug screening
