CVS Health is hiring a Sales Call Center Rep to drive outbound engagement and schedule patient appointments through high-volume outreach. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Make 300+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients
• Book initial appointments and hit weekly/monthly quotas
• Understand and communicate Medicare basics
• Build rapport, actively listen, and overcome objections
• Document interactions and patient data accurately
• Deliver consistent messaging aligned with Oak Street Health services
• Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High-volume outbound call experience preferred
• Strong phone presence and persuasive communication skills
