🧾 About the Role
Go Ape USA is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to support customer interactions across inbound calls, booking support, social media engagement, and cross-departmental collaboration. If you’re passionate about adventure and know how to create unforgettable guest experiences, this is your shot to turn that energy into impact.
✅ Position Highlights
• Pay Range: $13–$17/hr (based on experience and market)
• Employment Type: Temporary (with opportunity for full-time hire)
• Schedule: Thursday–Sunday, 8-hour shifts between 9 AM–7 PM ET
• Location: Remote (must live in a Go Ape operational market/state)
📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound customer calls regarding activities, group sales, and reservations
• Make outbound calls for reservation follow-ups
• Resolve guest issues with professionalism and speed
• Coordinate group bookings with site teams and sales
• Track and document inquiries, reservations, and guest feedback
• Respond to social media posts and online reviews (TripAdvisor, Yelp, Google)
• Serve as a support liaison for the third-party call center
• Maintain communication using CRM, booking tools, and ticketing systems
• Assist with donation requests and special events
• Uphold Go Ape’s mission and values through all guest interactions
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience in customer service (phone-based preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Bonus if familiar with CRM tools, ticketing software, or booking/payment systems
• Prior Go Ape experience is a big plus
