🧾 About the Role
Under Armour is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to lead by example and help drive best-in-class support across phone, chat, email, and social media channels. This role supports CSRs through weekly coaching, escalated issue resolution, and process improvement—all while upholding the company’s core values and delivering an unrivaled customer experience.


Position Highlights
• Hourly Pay Range: $20.48–$28.17 (based on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Location: Remote (U.S. only)
• Schedule: Must be available for evenings and weekends

📋 What You’ll Own
• Coach and support CSRs to maintain quality service across all contact channels
• Provide feedback based on weekly interaction evaluations
• Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
• Lead team meetings, drive morale-building contests, and promote positive team culture
• Help with onboarding, training, and process updates
• Ensure accurate delivery of brand messaging and policy changes
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the Contact Center
• Stay updated on all product and system developments
