World Travel Holdings is hiring remote Travel Sales Agents who know how to sell, serve, and connect. If you’ve got a passion for travel and a track record of building strong client relationships, this is your chance to turn that into a full-time, home-based career.

• Base Pay: $15/hour or commission (whichever is greater)
• Average first-year earnings: $40K+

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle 1–2 inbound sales calls per hour
• Build rapport and close vacation sales
• Process new reservations and update existing ones
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and chat
• Maintain CRM records and manage multiple communication channels
• Execute sales strategies and consistently hit performance goals
• Stay responsive and engaged during scheduled hours
• Participate in training, meetings, and shift bids
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of sales experience with strong relationship-building skills
• Tech savvy with solid internet navigation and multitasking abilities
• Confident communicator across phone, email, and chat
• Coachable, consistent, and comfortable working solo from home
• Reliable and adaptable to shift-based scheduling
💻 Remote Requirements
• Private, distraction-free home office (not shared with other WTH employees)
• Reliable internet: at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
• Comfortable using multiple systems while maintaining live conversations
🗓️ Schedule Breakdown
• Training: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm EST (6 weeks)
• Post-training: Assigned shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ongoing: Quarterly shift bids determine your schedule; expect rotating hours between 6am–2am EST
