ResMed is looking for a tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join their MatrixCare team. You’ll provide high-level support to home health and hospice clients, diagnosing complex issues, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. SQL knowledge and healthcare tech experience are a plus.

• $26.86–$33.58/hour (based on experience and location)
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST
• U.S.-based applicants only
• Eligible for full benefits if scheduled 30+ hours/week
📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide technical support via phone, live chat, and email
• Troubleshoot MatrixCare EMR system issues
• Log and track support interactions in detail
• Identify and escalate widespread or critical issues
• Build strong client relationships through professional communication
• Stay updated on product changes and software enhancements
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and documentation
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience in tech support or help desk roles
• Background in home health, hospice, or healthcare software
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• SQL experience for database queries and backend support
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, proactive thinker
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
