As a Member Support Specialist, you’ll be the frontline voice for members and caregivers, offering guidance on product use, billing, activations, and technical support. • Remote (must reside in: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, TN, WV, or TX)
• Start Date: Monday, July 28
• PTO available after 60 days (perfect attendance expected in the first 60 days)
📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound calls from members and caregivers
• Assist with orders, troubleshooting, billing, and account updates
• Guide users through device features and website navigation
• Upsell add-ons and promote additional services
• Handle de-escalation and problem resolution with empathy
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to member experience improvements
• Document all interactions thoroughly
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in a call center or member-facing support role
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Tech-savvy and able to multi-task between systems
• Strong listener with a calm, helpful presence
• Confident communicator with excellent time-management
• Private workspace with strong internet required
