Lumivero is looking for a technically-savvy, people-first Care Team Representative to help users get the most out of their software tools. You’ll support professionals across academia and corporate sectors—guiding them through setup, troubleshooting, and best practices for Lumivero’s data-intelligence products. Your mission: clear answers, smooth fixes, and consistent excellence.

• $40,000–$42,000 annual salary

📋 What You’ll Own
Technical & Functional Support:
• Handle Level 1 & 2 support via email, chat, phone, and social media
• Walk users through “how-to” steps and fix technical issues
• Maintain and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, internal wikis
Collaboration & Testing:
• Work closely with engineering to identify, test, and validate bug fixes
• Make sure customer solutions actually work before delivery
• Stay on top of product features and update your knowledge regularly
User-Centered Guidance:
• Understand customer goals and guide them toward best practices
• Act as the voice of the user across internal teams
• Offer insights to help prevent tickets and streamline support
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in technical or software customer support
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organized, efficient, detail-focused
• Skilled multi-tasker with strong time management
