You’ll be the bridge between clients and clarity—guiding them through invoices, documents, and policies with empathy and fluency in both Spanish and English. Whether via phone, email, or text, your job is to make sure no question goes unanswered and no client feels left in the dark.

📋 What You’ll Own

Client Communication:
• Initiate and manage client outreach across calls, emails, and texts
• Assist with general inquiries, invoice reminders, and support needs
• Respond to incoming calls about payments, documentation, and processes

Document & Invoice Management:
• Request, review, and guide clients through document completion and signatures
• Notify clients about overdue invoices and help facilitate payment
• Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and complete

Education & Support:
• Explain the company’s business model and invoice structure to clients
• Walk clients through procedures and provide answers with patience and clarity
• Troubleshoot any confusion with a calm, people-first approach


🎯 What You Bring
• Fluent in Spanish and English—written and spoken
• Strong communication and customer service instincts
• Comfortable handling multiple conversations and tasks at once
• Able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Previous support or customer service experience preferred
• Tech-friendly and quick to learn new tools


💻 Remote Setup Requirements

Internet:
• Primary: 15 Mbps minimum
• Backup: 10 Mbps minimum
• Backup must remain functional during power outages
