📋 What You’ll Own

HR Support:
• Input new hires into HRIS
• Coordinate background checks and drug screens
• Manage employee offboarding and exit workflows
• Respond to employment verification requests

Operations & Logistics:
• Coordinate employee travel
• Process purchase and equipment orders
• Oversee mail/package distribution and delivery tracking
• Print and organize department checks

Systems & Admin:
• Keep document management system updated
• Support internal LMS setup and usage
• Coordinate internal meetings, communication events, and recognition updates
• Maintain the company-wide announcements hub
• Assist the HR Generalist with ongoing projects
• Jump in on miscellaneous tasks that keep the company running smoothly


🎯 What You Bring
• 1+ year of office admin or assistant experience
• Able to type 45+ WPM with high accuracy
• Strong multitasking and internet research skills
• Experience with G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable sitting at a desk and juggling multiple screens
• Committed to discretion, organization, and thorough follow-through
• Available to work U.S. business hours
• Highly dependable with a quiet home setup
