📋 What You’ll Own
• Strategy: Build and roll out social strategies that align with brand goals
• Content Creation: Craft compelling posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more
• Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand tone and identity on every platform
• Community Engagement: Monitor channels, reply to comments/messages, and keep the conversation alive
• Customer Care: Respond to inquiries and resolve issues directly in-platform when needed
• Trend Tracking: Stay up-to-date with shifts in platform algorithms, formats, and cultural moments
• Analytics & Optimization: Track KPIs, pull data, analyze performance, and tweak strategies accordingly
• Team Collaboration: Work with designers, writers, and marketing to keep campaigns consistent and fresh
• Campaign Execution: Assist with content calendars, product launches, and seasonal pushes
🎯 What You Bring
• Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal projects don’t count—unless they went viral)
• Strong grasp of digital trends, pop culture, and emerging platforms
• Experience with tools like Buffer, Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, or similar
• Creative thinking paired with clear communication
• Ability to write with personality and purpose
• A self-starter mindset—you don’t need hand-holding
• Visual literacy: an eye for layout, color, and brand feel
• Bonus: SEO knowledge and experience running social ads
