🧾 About the Role
CrewBloom is looking for dependable, customer-first professionals to join our remote call center team. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls across a few key departments, including Member Services, Retention, and Pre-Cancel Services. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls
• Support inquiries, provide solutions, and re-engage canceling customers
• Document all call activity with accuracy and professionalism
• Follow compliance protocols and performance guidelines
• Contribute to Retention and Pre-Cancel support, with optional third-party collections work
🕐 Schedule Requirements
Training (2 weeks): Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CST
Post-Training: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM CST
• 100% attendance required during training
• Ongoing attendance rate must meet 93% minimum to stay bonus-eligible

• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Professional and patient communication style
• Comfortable with structured call flows and multitasking
• Basic computer skills and software navigation
• Must pass a background check
• Customer service mindset with a calm demeanor under pressure

Workspace:
• Private, quiet, secure home office (no public/shared spaces)
Hardware:
• Windows 10 or 11 desktop/laptop (Macs & Chromebooks not supported)
• Dual Core 2 GHz processor or better
• 4 GB RAM minimum
• 80 GB free hard drive space
• 18″ or larger monitor, 1920×1080 resolution
• Wired keyboard and mouse (no wireless)
• Wired noise-canceling headset
Internet:
• Hard-wired internet only (no Wi-Fi or satellite)
• 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum
• Firewalled router (no direct modem connection)
