CrewBloom is hiring a full-time bilingual Support Representative to connect with Spanish- and English-speaking clients. You’ll provide empathetic support, follow up on invoices and documents, and explain the client’s business model with clarity and care. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Reach out to clients to collect documents, explain next steps, or assist with payments
• Request and review required paperwork, ensuring it’s accurate and on time
• Follow up on overdue invoices, offering help with processing when needed
• Respond to calls from clients with questions about services, invoicing, or documents
• Clearly explain the company’s service model and policies in both Spanish and English
• Support client training efforts by educating them on the company’s offerings and systems
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Friendly and clear communicator with a client-first mindset
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with email, messaging apps, and computer tools
• Previous support or customer service experience is preferred

• Internet: 15 Mbps (primary), 10 Mbps (backup), both able to run during power outages
• Device: Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (8th gen+) and 8 GB RAM; backup i3 or better
