📋 What You’ll Own
• Document patient encounters in real-time: transcribe histories, exams, procedures, and treatments
• Update and maintain EHR systems with complete, accurate data
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and medical staff to ensure quality care
• Review and edit patient charts for regulatory compliance
• Protect patient privacy and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Provide occasional administrative support, such as scheduling and documentation review
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience in a healthcare setting or as a medical scribe preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and EHR platforms
• Excellent typing, listening, and multitasking skills
• Sharp attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable working independently and managing real-time input
• CMSS and HIPAA certifications are a plus, but not required
