Oscar Health is looking for a Bilingual Care Specialist to support our Member Escalations team. You’ll be the voice of empathy and problem-solving for members and providers, handling complex cases with clarity and care. • 💵 $22.00/hour
• 🌍 Remote – Must reside in AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, or DC

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and secure messages
• Manage assigned caseload through internal dashboards
• Investigate and resolve provider/member issues within SLAs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support representatives
• Escalate incorrect internal documentation and suggest improvements
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, internal policy, and all regulations
• Contribute to Oscar’s knowledge management system
• Communicate resolutions clearly to providers and team members
• Identify patterns or roadblocks impacting care delivery
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ years in customer support, healthcare, tech, or related field
• Spanish fluency (written, spoken, read)
• 1+ years of claims experience
• 6+ months of provider-facing experience
• Strong critical thinking and dashboard navigation
• High school diploma or GED
