This remote role is ideal for an experienced medical billing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to lead by example. You’ll work closely with A/R leadership, guide teammates, and analyze trends to ensure timely, compliant claim processing.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Train new employees and track their QA + production performance
• Monitor workflow and flag problematic trends using PIT and ETM reports
• Prepare team member QA reports and provide individual feedback
• Review claim activity, denials, and ensure proper follow-up/escalation
• Process non-routine adjustments and corrected invoices
• Stay updated on carrier policies and communicate changes to leadership
• Collaborate with A/R Supervisors and Managers to meet monthly team goals
• Lead by example and support team performance during high-volume cycles
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in medical billing, with a focus on A/R analysis
• Deep knowledge of physician billing, ICD/CPT codes, and payer guidelines
• Solid Excel and general computer proficiency
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive team accountability
