Escoffier is seeking a driven, service-minded Admissions Representative to help prospective students explore their passion for culinary arts. You’ll engage with inquiries, conduct interviews, and guide applicants through the enrollment process—all while providing encouragement, clarity, and integrity.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Make calls, conduct interviews, and follow up with applicants
• Explain programs, expected outcomes, support services, and financial considerations
• Secure referrals through outreach and phone engagement
• Qualify candidates based on their goals and readiness
• Accurately forecast enrollment numbers to leadership
• Guide enrolled students through online orientation and track progress
• Collaborate with your admissions team on group initiatives
• Stay proactive, timely, and compliant with state/federal guidelines
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or related field)
• 0–2 years admissions or intangible sales experience
• Experience in hospitality or culinary is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Confident, assertive, and resilient in handling rejection
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with MS Office required; Salesforce a plus
