📋 What You’ll Own
• Develop and maintain employer relationships to uncover job and externship opportunities
• Match candidates with job orders and help facilitate interview processes
• Coach students and alumni on resumes, interviewing, and job search strategies
• Lead workshops on employment readiness topics
• Keep all student and employment data up to date in the system of record
• Support compliance by uploading documentation and gathering employment verification
• Coordinate student engagement events and industry info sessions
• Ensure regulatory documents and metrics are met for accreditation purposes
• Assist with graduate and employer surveys
• Track placement outcomes and support placement goals
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in career services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, student-facing role
• Tech-savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office
• Team player who is coachable and customer-focused
