Escoffier is hiring Admissions Representatives to join their remote team and help guide prospective students toward meaningful culinary careers. This role blends outreach, interviewing, and coaching with student service and personal impact. Reps will manage inquiries, conduct interviews, and support students from first contact through enrollment.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students
• Explain Escoffier programs, services, and financial options
• Manage weekly outreach goals and performance metrics
• Generate new leads via referrals during phone outreach
• Follow up with applicants throughout the admissions process
• Support students in completing online orientation and tracking progress
• Accurately forecast enrollment numbers to senior leadership
• Collaborate actively with admissions team on initiatives
• Stay responsive and proactive in a fast-paced work environment
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 0–2 years of admissions or sales experience (education or intangibles preferred)
• Background in hospitality or culinary industry is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, goal-driven, and ethical
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a bonus
• Self-starter who thrives in remote settings
• Comfortable handling rejections and overcoming objections
• Upbeat, energetic, and confident personality
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
