Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is seeking a Student Success Coach to support learners through real-time communication via calls, chats, and emails. Acting as the first point of contact, this role ensures students receive timely guidance and are seamlessly directed to the right departments when needed. Youβll be essential in helping students navigate the portal, resolve questions, and stay engaged in their culinary education journey.

π What Youβll Own
β’ Respond to inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and urgency
β’ Assist students with navigating the student portal
β’ Identify concerns, provide support, or route inquiries to qualified departments
β’ Maintain clear and timely documentation and communication
β’ Follow up on unresolved or escalated student issues
β’ Contribute to a positive, supportive student experience
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned
π― Must-Have Traits
β’ High School diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
β’ Background in hospitality, culinary, or customer service environments a plus
β’ Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
β’ Tech-savvyβfamiliar with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and database systems
β’ Self-starter with strong time-management skills and a detail-oriented mindset
β’ Comfortable handling high volumes of student interaction with empathy and patience
β’ Team-player attitude with coachability and strong ethics
