Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is hiring a Career Services Coordinator to help students transition from education to employment. In this remote, administrative support role, you’ll verify externship placements, process documentation, track student progress, and provide job search resources to support career success. You’ll be a vital link between students, employers, and Career Services Representatives.

β€’ Verify, approve, and process all externship- and employment-related documents
β€’ Track assigned student cohorts and maintain timely outreach to ensure documentation is submitted
β€’ Assist with job lead research and preparation of student career materials (e.g., letters of interest, portfolios)
β€’ Support Career Services Representatives with administrative and project tasks
β€’ Ensure compliance by reviewing paperwork and maintaining proper documentation in all systems
β€’ Encourage students to complete program requirements and find industry employment


🎯 Must-Have Traits
β€’ High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
β€’ 1+ year of administrative or career support experience (education sector a plus)
β€’ Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
β€’ Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
β€’ Coachable, ethical, and team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
